Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Virginia election law requires candidates to report the name, address, occupation, employer and city of employment for all individual donors over $100 in the aggregate. Unlimited corporate and personal contributions may be accepted. Contributions made from foreign nationals are prohibited.
